The future of cognitive health
See cognitive change sooner.
Cognitive HealthTech is developing AI-driven digital biomarker technology to help identify subtle changes in cognitive functioning — creating the potential for earlier insight, faster decision-making and better-informed care.
Developed through research. Designed with lived experience. Built for the future of cognitive health.
The global brain health challenge
Cognitive change can begin long before it becomes obvious.
1 in 3
Neurological conditions affect 1 in 3 people worldwide and represent a major and growing global health challenge.
Changes in cognitive functioning can be difficult to recognise, often becoming apparent only once they begin to significantly affect everyday life.
Current approaches to cognitive assessment can also be slow, costly and intrusive — which means opportunities for earlier understanding are frequently missed.
We believe there is a better way to understand change.
A new approach to cognitive health
What if the signals were already there?
Every day, we communicate information through the way we speak, respond, behave and express ourselves. Cognitive HealthTech is developing an objective, non-invasive measurement framework designed to analyse subtle changes that can be difficult for the human eye to recognise.
01
Expression.
Facial expression carries fine-grained information about processing and response.
02
Behaviour.
Patterns of interaction and movement change gradually over time.
03
Language.
Word choice, structure and fluency reflect underlying cognitive processes.
04
Voice.
Timing, pitch and pauses in speech can carry measurable signal.
Cognitive HealthTech
Turning subtle human signals into meaningful insight.
Our brain health monitoring technology is being developed to analyse changes across multiple aspects of cognitive functioning and translate complex data into clear, personalised insights.
Make cognitive change easier to see, understand and act upon.
Explore Our TechnologyCognition isn’t one thing.
Cognitive functioning encompasses multiple interconnected abilities that influence how we think, communicate, remember, plan and interact with the world around us.
Six interconnected domains
Attention
How we focus, concentrate and respond to information.
These domains do not operate in isolation — a change in one often influences how others are expressed.
From everyday interaction to cognitive insight
Complex technology.
A remarkably simple experience.

Built on research
Evidence before assumption.
Cognitive HealthTech’s measurement methodology was developed following an extensive review of scientific research and informed by world-first research conducted with experts at The University of Sheffield.
The research explored how participation in different artistic disciplines contributes to changes across aspects of cognitive functioning, and helped inform the development of Cognitive HealthTech’s measurement framework.

Why now
The conditions for change are converging.
01
Healthcare pressure
Earlier identification is becoming increasingly important as healthcare systems respond to the growing burden of neurological conditions.
02
Technology
Smartphones and digital platforms make scalable, naturalistic data collection increasingly possible.
03
Science
Research into speech, behaviour, gait and interaction patterns as cognitive-health signals continues to advance.
04
Regulation
Digital-health and Software as a Medical Device frameworks are creating clearer pathways for responsible healthcare innovation.
